RAW MATERIAL
All types of Raw Material in plates MS (IS2062, ST52 etc.,),SS (SS304, SS316 etc.,). High Tensile plates like Hardox & Weldox. All types of Angles , Flats , Channels & Tubes in both material MS as well as SS. In all categories standard as well as Non-Standard Cold Rolled & Hot Rolled. Flats , I Beams and Channels as per Indian and European standards.
TIG Welding – Argon Welding , MIG Welding – CO2 Welding
Welding is done for MS, SS , Aluminum and Castings. Fabrication is done on the flat machined table to achieve the Flatness , Bend & Twist. Fabrication is done with both Argon as well as CO2 and special electrodes for castings. Fabrication is done for lower thickness of 0.5mm to 100mm thickness . Which would include proper beveling and chamfering for weld penetration.
Blasting
Spray Painting is done for all the required parts , Its is done in all thicknesses. Size of the painting booth is 6000 X 2000mm and can be expanded as per requirements. Shot Blasting and painting can also be done on site as per the requirements with the skilled labor. Spray painting is done as per the DFT Requirements.
Walkways, Railings, Gratings & Platforms
Manufacturing of all types of Railings , Platforms , Gratings with Design . All types of these walkway products can be manufactured in MS , SS and Aluminum material. These can be supplied in Dully painted conditions. Proper design can be made from the layout and accordingly manufacturing is done.
